Offering high intensity interval group training, Fit Body Boot Camp is home of the Afterburn workouts - a group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body.
Our certified instructors incorporate weight and strength conditioning into an aerobic, 45 minute workout. Along with nutritional coaching, our accountability and camaraderie make Fit Body Boot Camp a life changing program for many.
FBBC is for EVERY fitness level; we modify exercises to suit each individual for any reason including injuries.
Our almost 2" padded floor is easy on your joints and our indoor climate eliminates all weather excuses!
Come to as many session per week as your schedule allows. 26 sessions Monday – Saturday with more to come.
